When Gabriel told Zechariah that he and his barren wife, Elizabeth, would have a son, Zechariah doubted. His disbelief led to his silence—unable to speak until John the Baptist was born. 

This passage reminds us that the Word of God is sent by God Himself. The Holy Spirit confirms His promises, and we are called not to doubt but to trust and obey. How often do we allow our own doubts to silence our faith? Perhaps, like Zechariah, we need to quiet the negative voices that discourage us from believing in God's power. 

The Holy Spirit is still moving today, and His plans for you are greater than you can imagine. Will you trust in His Word?
