The Lord gave Ezekiel prophecy against Gog, an enemy of Israel. The power and ability of Gog to overtake and pillage was known. The attack would take place, but the Lord would cause storms, natural disasters, and the sword to be upon Gog. The people of Israel would bury the people of Gog and they would know that He is the Lord God. The Lord’s people would be vindicated and would live in the land given them by the Lord. The Lord punished them for turning from Him, but they would be gathered and serve Him and live without fear of their enemies.
