In this video I wanted to highlight why our thoughts are affecting our state of being. The Parasympathetic Nervous System and the Sympathetic Nervous System play a big part in explaining how it is so that our bodies react. 

The quality of our thoughts can signal a lack of supply of oxygen in the body and make it believe it is in a state of emergency.

The importance of consistently providing the body with a good supply of oxygen will allow the body to be in a rest and calm state allow you to benefit from the clarity and the energy to enjoy your daily experience.
