📌 Read Today's Passages (February 14, 2022)

Guiding Scripture: Proverbs 9:11 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.

We serve a living God. Our reading in Exodus 37 & 38 today continues the elaborate detail of making the tabernacle's furniture. The gold reflected God's strength, and the Israelites could see themselves in the bronze covered pieces. God wants us to see ourselves in Him. What we do should always glorify our risen Savior.

The Old Testament reminds us of the details and order He constructed to: 1. Set a distinct pattern of worship. 2. Break the chains of idolatry. And 3. Show His divine Spirit at work within the exceptional craftsmen.
