We're on a Drop A Nugget 21 day Gratitude Challenge. This is day 5 of 21. This challenge is about starting the day off (every morning) with (a minimum of) 6 things you're grateful for. It's setting the tone of your day and encouraging yourself. We can't always look to others for encouragement or to lift us up. We can find value in Gratitude by identifying value in ourselves. Redirecting our focus to what we have rather than focusing on what we don't have. It's finding balance from within and verbally making a choice to have a positive outlook. This is a part of Iris' Shared Nuggets. A space for topics we are affected by, experiences we have, and ways to uplift self while encouraging others.
