The importance of identify trapped emotions that are practically trapped energy in your body. Emotions are energy in motion and are normally released through your body using your breathe, but when the mind wants to keep recreating positive emotional sensations or when it tries to avoid feeling your past negative emotional responses, we tend to store these energies in our bodies recreating the same experiences.

By becoming a witness to these bodily sensations it is easier to breathe them out and release them. Become aware of them.
