Plenty of people in Baraboo, Wisconsin, claim to have seen the phantom hitchhiker, but few have met it. It's better if you don't. The local story is told by Dawn DeBraal.

Dawn DeBraal lives in rural Wisconsin with her husband Red, two rescue dogs, and a stray cat.
