It is another day to dive into the Word of God, and I’m grateful you’re here. Today is Day 58 of our journey, and we continue forward into Numbers chapters 8 through 10.

In these chapters, we see Israel preparing to move. The Levites are set apart for service, the lamps of the sanctuary are lit, the cloud of God’s presence guides the people, and the trumpets are sounded to set the camp in motion. After so much instruction and preparation, this is where Israel finally begins its first steps away from Sinai and into the wilderness walk God has planned.

Numbers 8–10 reminds us that God not only calls us—He equips us, guides us, and goes before us. From consecration, to celebration of the Passover, to the moment the cloud lifts and the journey begins, we witness a God who leads with purpose and a people learning to follow with trust.

So take a deep breath, settle in, and let’s continue this beautiful journey through Scripture—one day, one chapter, one faithful step at a time.
