In Leviticus 17 and 18 God establishes more laws regarding animals and their blood (Jesus and His blood), and various types of sexual immorality. These seem like common sense to us now, and this is because God established these rules to set apart His people; we also discuss the new ratifications regarding these rules by the apostles in the book of Acts.
