Today, we’re diving into Numbers chapters 18 through 20—a section filled with responsibility, provision, challenge, and transition for the people of Israel.

In Numbers 18, God lays out the sacred duties of the priests and Levites, reminding them—and us—of the importance of faithful service and holy stewardship.

In Numbers 19, we’ll hear about the mysterious ritual of the red heifer, a symbol of purification and restoration.

And in Numbers 20, we encounter one of the most emotional chapters in Israel’s wilderness story: the death of Miriam, Moses’ struggle at the rock, Edom’s refusal to give passage, and the passing of Aaron the high priest.
