Paul and Silas preached in Thessalonica but were forced to leave because of persecution. They continued to preach in Berea but the mob from Thessalonica pursued them. Paul was taken to Athens and was led to the place of judgement (Areopagus) to share his message. Paul preached a message of repentance. Some people believed, including Dionysius, a member of the court. Paul went to Corinth and began preaching. Some raised claims against Paul with the rulers, but they refused to condemn Paul for religious matters. Paul began his third missionary journey by strengthening disciples. A man named Apollos went to Ephesus and began preaching Jesus. Priscilla and Aquila, fellow servants of God, explained the truth of the gospel to Apollos.
