As we continue *90 Days Walking with the Holy Spirit*, today’s focus is on **the command to pursue love** from **1 Corinthians 14:1**. Love is **not just an emotion**—it is the **fruit of the Spirit**, and the defining mark of a true believer.
We’ve established that the **fruit of the Spirit is one**—**LOVE**—and that joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control are its characteristics. Scripture doesn’t suggest we **wait for love to appear** in our lives; instead, **we are commanded to pursue it**. Walking with the Holy Spirit leads us to **actively cultivate and express love** in all that we do.
As we prepare to enter **21 Days of Abiding in Christ**, this is what we are preparing for—to let the **Holy Spirit** cultivate love in us, so that it overflows to the world around us. **Nothing is greater than love!**
