God commanded Israel to put anyone with disease outside of the camp to protect the people. The people of Israel were commanded to confess sins and make restitution according to God’s instruction. A woman who was believed to be guilty of adultery against her husband would be tested by the priest and would enter an oath that would result in punishment if she was guilty of the sin. God gave instructions for those who chose to make a Nazirite vow. The term we transliterate as “Nazirite” describes a person who chooses to be separated and consecrated for the work of God. God instructed Aaron to bless the sons of Israel.
