Dear Release,

You made it to the end of week one. Today we finish with the power of letting go. Psalm 55:22 says, “Give your burdens to the Lord, and He will take care of you.” This is not a one-time act. It is a daily rhythm.

Every morning, surrender the weight you wake up with. Every night, lay down what you tried to carry. Practice releasing what you cannot control, and let your heart rest in God’s care. He holds what you cannot. He sustains what you cannot fix.

Let this be your declaration: I release every burden into the hands of the Lord. I will not carry what was never mine to hold. The Lord is my sustainer and my peace.
