As we continue 21 Days of Abiding in Christ, today’s focus is on the security of the believer and the importance of true worship. In John 15:6-7, Jesus gives both a warning and a promise—a reminder that we are called to live the life God intended as abiding branches, not looking back at our former ways.
Abiding in Christ isn’t just about staying connected—it’s about moving forward in the life God has given us, not longing for what we left behind. True security is found in remaining in Him, where His Word transforms our hearts and aligns our desires with His will.
We also take a brief study of John 4, where Jesus encounters the Samaritan woman at the well. This moment reveals a profound truth: only the born-again believer can truly worship God because worship is more than an act—it’s the overflow of a life made alive through salvation and the power of the Holy Spirit.
