Welcome back to the journey! Today is Day 71, and we’re stepping deeper into the heart of Deuteronomy as Moses continues his final words to Israel.

In Deuteronomy 3, we hear Moses retell how God delivered Og, king of Bashan, into Israel’s hands—another reminder of God’s faithfulness in battles that looked impossible. We also witness Moses’ tender moment of longing to enter the Promised Land, and God’s firm yet compassionate response.

Then in Deuteronomy 4, Moses shifts to a passionate plea: remember what God has shown you; don’t forget who He is. This chapter is overflowing with instruction, warning, and comfort. Moses calls the people to obedience, not out of fear, but because they are a people loved, chosen, and formed by the living God.
