In Numbers 23 through 25 we hear more about Balaam, who is in reality not a friend of God, who convinces his people to trick the Israelites into sexual immorality. He angers Balak when he tries to curse the Israelites; he finds himself only being able to bless them, and even prophesies about Jesus Christ!
