Day 8: Sovereign — You Ain’t Gotta Tell Me…I Know

Listen Later

Yesterday, before I went live, I had this deep urge to play 50 Cent. After the live ended, “Gotta Make It to Heaven” came on. “I gotta make it to heaven from going through hell…” And then that line:

“You ain’t gotta tell me you feeling this shit. I hear what I’m saying. I know I’m killing this shit.”

And I just sat there like damn, that’s sovereignty. Sovereign energy is not waiting for validation to confirm alignment. It’s knowing.

When you write the post and it hits. When you record the episode and you feel it in your chest. When you create the offer and you know it’s clean.

You know. You don’t need ten comments. You don’t need applause. You don’t need someone to co-sign what Spirit already told you. “You ain’t gotta tell me you feeling this shit. I hear what I’m saying. I know I’m killing this shit.”

And a lot of us have been taught to downplay that. Act surprised when we do something well. Soften our expertise. Laugh off our brilliance.

Why?

To make other people comfortable. But sovereignty is ownership.

* Ownership of your voice.

* Ownership of your hunger.

* Ownership of your gifts.

If you know your intentions are clean, if you know you’re tapped in, if you know you showed up fully…that’s enough.

So here’s the mirror:

* Where are you waiting for validation for something you already know is good?

* Where are you pretending you don’t know you’re powerful?

* Who benefits when you downplay your gifts?

* What would it feel like to trust your own assessment of your work?

* Where do you need to release your own agenda and instead allow the divine to take your hands?

This is Day 8 of being Seen. Simple. Sustainable. Sovereign. Pulled by spirit. Dragged through the lessons. Still divine.

If something in this stirred you, download the Seen. Simple. Sustainable. Sovereign. Manifesto.

That’s where you’ll find deeper reflections to begin your own journey toward visibility that’s intimate, spiritual, and honest — without losing rest, humanity, or agency.

And if you want to walk with me as this run unfolds in real time, you’re already in the right place.

See you back in the House tomorrow.

xoxo,

Empress Theadora
