In this episode I start off giving a bit of an update on my current situation, and then we get into something that I’m gonna be calling your Life Pace^tm :D
Simple concept: Every body moves at their own Life Pace, and to stave off the comparisons, imposter syndromes, and chaotic feelings, we have to keep at our own pace. Not very easy for a lot of people. Maintaining your own Life Pace means being confident in the way YOU move. It means understanding when slow is good and when it’s not good, for YOU. It also means knowing when to push yourself and when to be gentle with yourself. All of these things are not always easy things for everyone to grasp so here’s some help! From me to you. ^_^
