Day 87 reminds us that in the Kingdom of God, maturity is not measured by independence but by increasing dependency on the Father. His mercies are new each morning because every day demands a fresh supply of Him. As the Father matures us, He leads us out of self-reliance and into the deep, steady atmosphere of His love, where Christ’s life is formed in us moment by moment. This is the life of abiding development—growing in absolute reliance upon the One whose faithfulness never runs dry.
