DAY FOUR OF FASTING AND PRAYER.
Maintaining our growth and development in the fruits of the Spirit is non-negotiable if we are going to remain spiritually relevant to the advancement of the kingdom of God! While this truth may sound elementary to some, yet, it remains one of the main components of living a successful spiritual life. As darkness continues to increase, the fruit of our light in Christ must shine brighter and brighter even unto that perfect day In the Lord.
Galatians 4:
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
Everything we see to carry out for the Lord is designed to remain on the fruit-walk of the Spirit. Becoming a spiritual man starts from the point of acknowledging the seed of righteousness planted in us. This message will deepen your understanding and desire to grow in the life-nature of the fruit of the Spirit. It will encourage you to remain resolute in the Spiritual principle and values standard of what biblically established fruit of the Spirit is and mean to your existence in times of great compromise like ours.
Ephesians 5:8
For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light 9(for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth)
