Episode Summary:
Although the majority of my podcasts cover legislative rather than judicial issues, this week is an exception. Over the past few months an interesting case regarding disability and employment reassignment (Huber v. Walmart) has been making its way through the court system. Last month, the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case.
