If you haven't noticed, almost more than half of your screen is covered in product ads when you search for a specific product. try it out, search for your favorite pair of shoes or those hover boards. All of these product ads are fighting against your organic ranking, so that means, consumers are clicking those product ads before they even have a chance to scroll down the page.
According to Wordstream, Clicks on paid search listings beat out organic clicks by nearly a 2:1 margin for keywords with high commercial intent in the US. In other words, 64.6% of people click on Google Ads when they are looking to buy an item online!
