Put ice cubes into a highball glass.

2. Add 2–3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, 1 dash of Tabasco, salt and pepper.

3. Pour 45ml of vodka, 90ml of tomato juice and 15ml of lemon juice over the ice.

4. Stir gently and garnish with a celery stalk or lemon wedge.
