You have the capacity to dream big dreams. This meditation talks about 2 different things in the meditation. The 1st thing is what is holding you back to do things? The 2nd thing is what are you gonna do about it? In this meditation we talk about an example of 2 fishes a predator and prey. The scientist put a glass panel between the 2 fish and the predator chasing after the prey continues to hit the face of the glass over and over again.
