Daylight Savings Time ends at 2AM on Sunday November 6th, but will it be our last go at the twice annual changing of the clocks? The Sunshine Protection Act passed by the U.S. Senate in March has yet to be voted on in the House. If passed, it would keep Daylight Savings permanent starting in 2023.
