In this episode, we get an insight into what it takes to become a successful NRL player all while battling in silence with debilitating anxiety and depression to the extreme point of feeling ashamed for having these emotions. Dayne had built a life that he had always dreamed of, although wasn't able to handle the emotional pressure life had thrown at him.
Since Dayne hit reset on his life and acknowledged that he wasn’t okay, his life has now transformed. He now has a mission to see the life of every single child be taught mental well-being and to shine the light of his faith brightly.
