Matthew 13 is a pivotal Chapter in the New Testament and change in Jesus' ministry methodology. Moving from clear teachings and miracles, Jesus moves to parables. In parables, those individuals who seek to understand will receive understanding. Also, those individuals that reject Jesus and do not seek understanding will not receive.
