“I viewed the mix as a 2 hour club set in isolation - starts slow, ends slow. I wanted to include a wide range of music the veers towards hedonistic while remaining fully functional and rhythmically interesting. It’s a fine balance, in particular for the rave and trance tracks towards the end of the mix. I also made a point to include a number of Madison producers - it really feels like the scene is about to pop and I’m excited to see what happens with it. I throw a monthly party in Madison with some friends. The next on is May 18 with Harry Cross. I’ll be opening up for Francis Inferno Orchestra on June 15 and Sandboards on July 7. More parties to come!”
