I rented one of my groups a comment from an employer that said do people really want to work or do they just want to show up for a week and then do no shows? This is a very heated topic for me because the comments are the same comments that we see all the time. And so this is my response to that question to all those people out there who believe that employers should be run and ruled by their employees.
