Once again on tick tok they gave me some topics. And one of them was you can't control the wind but you can control the sail. And what that means is you can't control the bad things that happened to you but you can control how you react. That being said a lot of times we get these gut feelings and they're trying to label it with all of these avoidant detachment narcissist words. We have all these labels and instead of that I want to say that we call it gut feelings. And when you're in a relationship and things do not seem right, we need to stop ignoring that and we need to communicate or we need to walk away. Because just remember you deserve to be happy all the time not just 10% of the time.
