On my podcast I like to talk about things that are actually going on in my life. I don't really hold too much back sometimes I do just because I want to protect other people not necessarily myself. But it is nice when people do come up to you and tell you thank you for putting the stuff that I put out. So many people have come up to me and said that it has helped them get through a hard time and that my vulnerability was such a positive thing to them. So at the end of the day no I am not embarrassed.
