We have to make it to where it's normal for us to be able to process through trauma. We need to make sure that the dark nasty energy that convinced us things were good doesn't come back. We need to be able to watch a movie have a feeling about that movie from our past with a person and recognize that we're still processing the trauma that we experience. It's okay to have memories it's not okay to ignore them and not process them so that you can be better on the other side.
