There are extremely encouraging lessons from this section of Paul's letter. In the midst of the spiritual combat for the hearts of these young believers, Paul is able to express the value of confident humility which all believers can possess, as well as give us this "behind the scenes" glimpse into the affirmation and blessing exchanged between the "pillars" of the Jerusalem church and these new ministers from Antioch.
