Truth Behind The Camera is a 3 part series connecting the dots between life and business while also bringing awareness to a very personal and emotional topic. The purpose for sharing this series is multilayered; bringing awareness to an often “not talked about in public” topic, creating a safe and open space to be on our own journeys of healing, and to hopefully allow others to not feel alone in whatever they may be navigating. 

In this third and final part of Truth Behind The Camera series Jess is once again joined by Mike as they go over the 5 lessons they have been leaning into throughout this whole experience. These have been put together to be impactful from a lessons standpoint, hitting topics such as finding gratitude in traumatic experiences, awareness of how we as humans communicate with one another, and being your own advocate trusting by your intuition. Both Jess and Mike have learned and still are learning not to rush the process of healing as it is not a linear path and also being ok with moving “backwards” sometimes.
