Dr Woe - Bio

Born in Berlin, "Dr Woe" began to produce his own tracks at a young age and has expanded in recent years his mastering and mixing skills. He recently finished his "Insomnius E. P." that will appear on the Drum 'n' Bass label "Insomnius Music", that he has founded together with "Violet Core" in Hamburg, Germany

Live "Dr Woe" is known for his driving, varied Drum & Bass Sets with which he takes the listener on a journey of rolling Darkside Drum & Bass by deeper styles to tough Neurofunk. In his "Rolling Woe Show", his own podcast, he has demonstrated for 6 years diversity with a guarantee to increased heart rate. "Dr Woe" already shared the stage with artists like: Audio, Current Value, Skynet, Counterstrike, Robyn Chaos, Fortitude, Phace, Rawtekk, Miss Redflower, Allied and Giana Brotherz.

But also in other genres such as Hip Hop, Trip Hop or Ambient feels "Dr Woe" at home and produces busily tracks as part of the duo "Scary Woods," solo as "Moonshyna" or for the rapper „Banause“ and the Hip Hop crew „Stigmata Musick".

Even as event organizer was "Dr Woe" active and is part of Lübecks "Outrider Crew" since 2007. With them he has presented the event series "New Horizon" and "Beat fauna", to name only a few. Since early 2014 he has an integral part as a grafic designer and resident DJ at “Bass Forward The Revolution". This Crew stands for the darker and harder Drum and Bass Sounds since 2011, based in Hamburg.
