"They're all about paprika and turmeric and pepper and ginger and coriander and the sweetness of apricots and raisins and all that mixed together with tomatoes and oil, and it's so delicious. And I do cook a lot of food with this flavor profile. But I just love when you have a book that's so storied. And the wonderful thing about this book, if you ever pick it up, is that you feel such connection to the food."
