Monday, David Watson started a second round of chemo to address his leukemia. For the next 7 “business” days, David will be going into the hospital to take oral chemotherapy and other antibiotics and antifungals while convalescing at home. If starts to get a fever, they will need to bring him into the hospital immediately. He is already sick to his stomach and also suffering from swelling and pain in his leg. Paul and his kids are planning on visiting David and Jan next week during the kids’ spring break.

·        Please pray against the negative effects of chemo since they have been so hard on David’s body.

·        Pray that this second round will push his leukemia fully into remission.

·        Pray that His body will have supernatural strength and resilience to repair itself.

·        Pray that he won’t contract or battle any virus or illness during this time

·        Pray that they will be able to find the source of the swelling in his leg and be able to remedy it— or that God simply take it away.

·        Pray that he will not have nausea, indigestion, or anything that will inhibit his ability to eat and appetite.

·        Pray that David will have the strength to be able to interact and enjoy visiting with his grandkids.

·        Pray that Paul and his kids, John and Keturah, don't pick up any illnesses or infections as they travel that might put David's health at risk.

Thank you for your consistent, fervent prayers for David. We believe God is able to bring healing in many ways during this time. We are trusting that is His plan. We are grateful for all His answers to your prayers.

Answered Prayer

We are really excited to have these tablets. I would submit a few brothers for prayer. Brother Stevenson is going to the County for an appeal after twenty years locked up. He believes he will be released. Brother Rey is having family issues and I pray that God gives him the strength to make it back to his Family! Brother Tito has health issues. He is taking a break and will come back to see us soon. I pray that he has his strength back up. Brother Angel is also going through the appeal process and I pray that he goes home too. Praise report... I heard from my oldest brother after 17 years of no contact.I pray for traveling grace for Brother McCarty and that he will be with us soon. looking forward to your letters.

My answer:

Bro Boatman, Thank you for sending this!! Contagious Disciple Making is having a prayer meeting right now, Wednesday morning, for us!! I sent the requests as soon as I received them, but we may have missed the meeting this morning. I am confident your requests will be prayed for. Next week, if you gather prayer requests on Monday, I can be sure to get them to the CDM GlobalPrayer Meeting early Wednesday mornings. I try to get the CDM global requests sent to me on Monday so I can compile them for you to be hand-delivered on paper Tuesdays-Jordan and Wednesdays Clements moving forward. 

Paper is cheaper for me than digital. Digital group requests are cheaper for you, too.
