The Retaliators represent the Avengers (mostly the MCU version), with a core team consisting of American Crusader (Cap), Machinehead (Iron Man), Behemoth (Hulk), Deadeye (Hawkeye), Red Dragon (Black Widow), Kite (Falcon) and Wundajin, who represents Thor and is a direct copy of Wandjina. The series also mentions the “Future Family: and “The G-Men,” as well as The Bug, a Spider-Man pastiche.
