DMV Spotlight shines a light on the changing real estate market in the DC area brought on by a combination of uncertainty, high interest rates and DOGE cuts. Guest, Corey Burr, Senior VP of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in DC notes the shift from a seller’s market to more of a buyer’s market.  Burr also explains the frustration of some sellers following the red hot pandemic market in DC just a few years ago.

Burr also has some suggestions for first time home buyers to be able to afford a new home and points to growing inventory here in the DC area.
