In this two part episode we first speak with Brian Ferguson, director of MORCA who created the Paralegal Fellowship Program. Brian speaks to issues of former incarcerated individuals, or returning citizens, reentering society and a program designed to create a pathway to successful reentry. We then speak with immediate past chair, Sandy Morris and current chair, Lucian Dervan about the involvement of the Criminal Justice Section in this new program.
