Mr. Justin Sweatman-Weaver is  a social worker and lifelong Tennessean who grew up in Fentress County.  Justin has served as the Assistant Director of Power of Putnam in Cookeville, TN the Executive Director of the Sumner County Anti-Drug Coalition and currently acts as the Events and Communications Manager at Alignment Nashville. Justin is also a longstanding board member of GLSEN which is the Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network for Tennessee where he works to ensure safe and inclusive learning environments for all young people across the state. In this podcast, Justin discusses the work of Alignment and GLSEN and provides information about how communities can promote resiliency and inclusivity for ALL young people.
