Unfortunately, you can’t find a Rust Dragon in 5E yet. You’re going to have to dig deep into the archives of Dungeons & Dragons lore and modify these beasties to your 5 E game. But that’s not so bad, conversion is relatively easy and anything published from the past should always be fair game in your D&D campaign.
