Serena, Dusk, and Eira reunite with their childhood friend Banjjak, who now works for the Witchlight Carnival. They are joined by Muriel, who also works for the carnival.

The group partakes of several of the carnival attractions, including getting their fortunes read by Auntie Edna, rescuing a carnivalgoer on the dragonfly ride, and gaining some knowledge from the unicorns on the carousel.

After joining the Big Top Extravaganza, the party is approached by Burly, who tells them management would like to speak to them...
