Game Setup

Last time on Shadow of the Dragon Queen: As the heroes were traversing the city toward the Threshold of the heavens, Demelen, the Mage of High Sorcery, called Astrid to the Tower of High Sorcery in Wayreth, forcing her to leave the party. Confident in their mission, the heroes pressed on and came across a checkpoint on a bridge. They dispatched the Sivak Draconians and fed the only survivor to the Death Slaad. They rested until the middle of the night when they leapt up floating rocks to the Threshold and entered with the password they discovered in the Occupied Mansion. Upon entering they were discovered by a Bozak Draconian named Orm in control of a Bone Devil named Guelfost. Once Orm was killed, Guelfost offered them a bargain. If they would kill the Black Robed Wizard Lohezet, he would give them the password to pass through the Energy Field. They agreed and began their ascent up the tower. This is where we pick up, just after a brutal battle between the party, two Aurak Draconians and three Flameskulls.
