DDD: Grafted In, Not Better Than

Many Christians love Israel’s roots but forget we’re only grafted in by grace, not better than the branches that were broken off. Today I’m asking a hard question: are you standing in faith, or drifting into conceit and unbelief? If God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare us either. Lean in as we rediscover the fear of God, humility toward Israel, and what it really means to stand by faith in Jesus, the Jewish Messiah.
Pastor Brian Noble in this devotional opens in Romans 11, reminding Gentile believers that we were grafted into a Jewish root system only by faith in Jesus Christ. It warns against arrogance toward Israel, calling us to fear God, repent of hypocrisy, and remember that God did not spare the natural branches and will not spare unbelieving Gentiles either. The message urges Christians to stand firmly in biblical faith from Genesis to Revelation rather than rewriting Scripture to fit modern narratives. It ends in prayer, asking God for humility, boldness in the public square, and gratitude for the grace that grafted us into His people.
