“Deep Breaths” – Piano Instrumental Music for Prayer, Meditation, Soaking, and Relaxation

Today’s piano instrumental interlude is called “Deep Breaths”. Taking time to slow down, breathe, and clear your mind is so vitally important in our hurried culture.

Last week was a busy week for me so I decided to do my very best to start this week with intention. Intention to focus on the big things that matter to me. I set some goals such as getting two worship interludes podcast episodes completed, working out with my local mens’ workout group three times, and staying committed to my morning routine of prayer and Bible reading.

This morning I enjoyed a great workout with my brothers from F3 and stopped at one of my favorite little spots on Saint Simons Island for some quiet time and Bible reading. The picture you see is from that spot which is called Village Creek Landing.

This piano improvisation is just about eight minutes long. It’s just enough time to slow yourself down, pray, meditate, and focus your mind on the day ahead. I hope it’s a blessing to you.
