The De-Escalating Kid Conflicts student special on C-O-D Roadrunner Radio, hosted by Halo with guests Rigo and Maria, shares experiences and strategies for managing children's conflicts as well as getting to know the guest’s perspective as childcare providers. It displays the importance of using disagreements and fights as opportunities to teach life skills that shape future social and professional interactions. The segment provides better understanding of what role adults play in teaching the youth, whether caregivers, educators, or mentors guiding children to help build a brighter future for the next generation.
