We endure someone's stress everyday. Endlessly we're told that what we do anybody can do. After you hear it over and over you begin to believe that anyone can do what you have crafted or learned from. It lessons our drive to be unique. This is how you break that pattern. Tell yourself that nobody can be you. You are you. Say, "I am me." Believe in it and grow with it. I am me. Anybody can't be you.
