Dea has built up two successful education startups in the past 10 years, She is a regular speaker at events about the future, digitalization and innovation. She was the course leader of the first Digital Leadership, Data-driven Leadership and Agile Leadership courses in Hungary and created inspirational leader and talent development projects for several organizations. She is a guest speaker at ELTE (University of Budapest) in the fields of digital communications, future tech and business insights.
